REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Refund Policy for WallCrafts.pk

At WallCrafts.pk, we strive to provide the best quality products and ensure your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at support@wallcrafts.pk before sending your product back, and we will guide you through the process.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should expect to see the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact us at support@wallcrafts.pk, and we’ll arrange an exchange.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items.
